By using TypingTest360 you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The service

TypingTest360 provides free typing tests, drills, a typist community, and related tools. Most features are free; some (Pro tier, classroom plans) are paid. We try our hardest to keep the service running but don't guarantee zero downtime.

Your account

Accounts are free to create via magic-link email. You're responsible for the email inbox you sign up with. Don't share account access with others.

Acceptable use

• Don't cheat the leaderboard. Submitted results are scored by keystroke timing; paste, automation, or scripts are detected and rejected. Repeated attempts result in account suspension.
• Don't spam the Q&A. Self-promotion, off-topic posts, AI-generated answers without disclosure, and obvious karma farming are removable offenses.
• Be civil. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or attacks on other community members result in immediate account suspension.
• Respect copyright. Custom prompts you paste in are your responsibility. Don't paste copyrighted material you don't have rights to type from.

Content you post

You own anything you post (questions, answers, custom prompts). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify (for formatting), and distribute that content as part of running the service. You can delete your content at any time.

Our content

The TypingTest360 software, design, and accumulated word lists are ours. You can use the site freely; you can't scrape it, white-label it, or rehost it commercially without a written agreement.

Paid plans

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — your access continues to the end of the billing period. We don't refund unused time but we don't dark-pattern you into staying either.

Classroom plans are billed per student per year, prorated to your district's fiscal year. Contact us for an invoice instead of self-serve checkout for groups over 100 students.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion is permanent.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee accuracy of third-party content (e.g. user-posted answers in the Q&A). Use your judgment, especially for medical, legal, or other professional context.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is capped at $50 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect damages — lost productivity, etc.

Changes to these terms

Material changes get announced on the homepage at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
