Wrist pain after two years of fast typing. Do I need to slow down or change my setup?

I type for work all day and got serious about speed two years ago — went from 60 to 110 WPM. Now I'm getting dull wrist pain on my left side that flares up after long sessions. Do I push through, or is this a sign something's wrong with my technique or gear?

Stop, see a hand specialist, and don't take internet advice (including mine) as medical. That said: dull pain on one side is often related to wrist deviation from a non-split keyboard. A split layout (ZSA Voyager, Moonlander, Keychron Q11) puts each hand at a natural angle. Made a huge difference for me.
